摘要: 文章介绍了采煤机牵引四象限变流器系统主电路的设计及参数选择,基于DSP给出了系统的硬件和软件实现方案及电路结构,实现了四象限变流器的同步PI解耦电流控制。实验表明,该系统不但能够提供稳定的直流电压,而且可实现网侧低谐波正弦电流控制、功率因数高以及电能的双向传输。该控制驱动系统提高采煤机运行的可靠性和牵引性能,能够满足采煤机交流牵引变频运行的要求。

Abstract: The paper presents the design and parameter selection of main circuit of the shearer traction converter system, gives its circuit structure and the implementation of the system hardware and software based on DSP, realize the synchronous PI decoupling current control of 4-Quadrant Converter. Experiment results show that the system provides the steady DC voltage as well as the 1ow harmonic line current,unity power factor and bidirectional power flow.The 4-Quadrant Converter improve the reliability and traction performance of the shearer, meet requirements of AC traction frequency operation of the shearer.
